Hostal el Jaguar sits above the blue waters of the Caribbean on Bastimentos Island, in a string of islands in Bocas del Toro, Panama.

The Jaguar is a fourth generation local of Bastimentos and is a school teacher here on the island. He plays music at night for the Hostal and will show you how ceviche is supposed to be done.

We offer many tours from visits to Wizard and Red Frog beach to Zapitilla (an area great for snorkeling) as well as a local cave tour.
